J. Wilson Billingsley Memorial Scholarship

The Birmingham Alumni Chapter has an endowed scholarship that is awarded to qualified LSU students from the Greater Birmingham area. The scholarship is funded from individual contributions and proceeds from Chapter events.

The scholarship was started in 1991 and named in honor of J. Wilson Billingsley who was a previous chapter President.

If you would like to contribute to the scholarship fund, click here or make your check payable to the LSU Alumni Association. Include a note that indicates the contribution should go to the J. Wilson Billingsley Memorial Scholarship.  This is a tax-deductible contribution.
